Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request is made within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Received wrong item
  • Received defective item

Exclusions:

  • Requests for items that are not the same as sent will not be entertained.
  • Damage caused by the customer while opening the parcel or damage to electronic items will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • We do not replace or refund for damage to packing boxes during courier transit.
  • The item is in its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • In case if the product received is slightly damaged based on usability company will decide the refund percentage. if the product is fully damaged or non usable case we will issue full refund with proper unboxing video.
  • Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.

Return Process

  • If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
  • Provide your order details, reason for the return, and supporting unboxing videos.
  • Once the return is authorized, please carefully pack the item , we will arrange the return pickup in case of some reason , if we are unable to arrange return you might be able to securely ship it back to us at the address provided by our customer support team. You postal as it could be economical and safe.
  • Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a wrong item or a manufacturing defect.
