Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Depending on your payment method and financial institution, it may take 7 to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Replacement Policy

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, or if there is an issue with the product due to a manufacturing defect, please follow the return process mentioned above.
  • Once the return is authorized and the item is received, we will offer a replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
  • In case the item is out of stock or not available for replacement, we will provide a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you wish to cancel an order before it is shipped, please contact our customer support team at the earliest. In case we are not available on chat or call and unable to receive your cancellation request. we won’t be able to process the cancellation.
  • If the order has already been shipped, incase due to some reason you are not able to receive the order for some reason from your side we won’t be able to refund shipping , packing, restocking fees and transactional charges of 3% for payment gateway .

Exclusions

  • The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:
  • Items not purchased directly from Extrokids Ecommerce Store.
  • Personalized or customized items, unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during transit.
  • Requests for items that are not the same as sent will not be entertained.
  • Damage caused by the customer while opening the parcel or damage to electronic items like heat guns and machines will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
  • We do not replace or refund for damage to packing boxes during courier transit.
  • Items purchased from mega warehouse clearance sale

We deal only in brand new and the latest batch of products, and 99% of our products do not have an expiry date.
